Mitch is the consummate professional. Not only does he possess tremendous knowledge of Westside LA (as someone that grew up there and has lived there his whole life), but he also has a great personality and work ethic. He is very easy to work with, pays attention to the details, and is super resourceful. He recently sold a duplex for me and it sold quickly at above the original list price. While he represented me as the Seller, he worked hard to get the Buyer comfortable with the transaction, all the while dealing with a tough broker in the other end.
